Anshu Jain, Deutsche Bank Ex CEO, Dies at the Age of 59
Anshu Jain, who was the former CEO of Deutsche Bank died on 13th August 2022. He was 59 years old and was suffering from cancer for the last 5 years. He played a major role in developing Deutsche Bank and building the company’s global capital market business.
Anshu Jain’s Life
Anshu Jain was born in Jaipur. He received a Bachelor’s degree in Economics with honors, from the University of Delhi. He then completed his MBA in Finance from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. He started his journey at Wall Street by working at financial major Merrill Lynch. He joined Deutsche Bank in 1995 and became the Co-CEO of the bank in 2012.
He was among the top names of Indian-origin executives having a leadership role in one of the top global corporations. After his appointment at the Deutsche Bank’s Management Board, he played a crucial role in developing and building the company’s global market business.
